do you offer a catalog?

we appreciate your interest in our products. unfortunately, we do not offer a printed catalog at this time. we are constantly updating the available merchandise online, so register to be on our email list and we will let you know when new merchandise is available. what amount of equipment will your bags hold?

All jill-e SMALL bags will hold–1 camera body, 1 flash, 2 lenses and miscellaneous accessories to included, memory cards, batteries, cables, manuals, filters, camera strap, lens cleaning cloth, expo disc, waterproof camera jacket, camera card reader.

All Medium bags will hold – 2 camera bodies, 2 Flashes, 2 Lenses and miscellaneous items to include:  • Memory card Holders, • Batteries • Cables • Manuals • Filters • Camera Strap • Lens Cleaning Cloths • Expo Disc • Waterproof Camera Jacket • Camera Card Reader        

Our large rolling bag and large backpack will handle all of the above equipment, plus a laptop computer.

there is a Jill-E bag that was available last summer and i must have it. can i special order it?

We produce our handbags in specific quantities, but occasionally there are a small number of pieces remaining. we welcome inquiries and will respond to special requests as swiftly as possible.

what should i do if my dog chews through the handle of my handbag?

We invite you to contact Jill-E customer service with any questions or unusual situations. we make every effort to address all unique circumstances with thoughtfulness and efficiency.

do i need to send my handbag to you for repair if the "feet" have fallen off?

The decision to have a bag returned to our customer service department is made on a case by case basis. if the posts are still on the bottom of the bag, we can mail you replacement feet. in this case, please email us your request including mailing address and whether the "feet" are round or square and silver or gold. if the posts have fallen off the bag, then it will need to be returned to customer service for repair. please contact Jill-E customer service if you are uncertain whether or not your bag needs to be returned.

how can i tell if a Jill-E bag is authentic?

The craftsmanship of Jill-E Design handbags, as well as the quality materials used for all products, is never paralleled in non-authentic merchandise. in addition, you can be confident that your bag is real if it was purchased either from an authorized Jill-E Photo retailer or jill-e.com.
The Jill-E Designs trademark is a registered trademark throughout the world. use of the Jill-E name without permission is considered counterfeiting and warrants legal action. authentic Jill-E Design products are not sold at "purse parties," flea markets, by street vendors, in new york's chinatown neighborhood or santee alley in los angeles, in kiosks in malls, or on auction sites. If Jill-E Designs product is purchased in any of these places, risk of being defrauded is highly likely. the sale and distribution of counterfeit product is a crime under federal and many state laws, and is punishable by imprisonment and fines. the manufacturers of counterfeit product do not pay taxes, do not pay fair wages or benefits to their employees, frequently utilize child labor, and have been known to fund terrorism and other serious crimes with the profits of counterfeiting.

Repair Policies

camera bags, camera straps and lens cleaning cloths

We stand behind all of our products and will gladly handle any repairs that are the result of a manufacturing defect at no charge. these repairs should be directed to jill-e Designs customer service. typical turn-around time is three to four weeks. please note that there is a $20.00 shipping & handling fee charged for each item submitted for repair. fabric handbags do wear over time. we will be happy to recommend solutions for improving a bag's condition if general wear and tear has diminished its appearance.

For items being shipped to our repairs department, please be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable mail. this service is offered by ups, usps, and other carriers. Please include a note with your name, return address, and daytime phone number along with your instructions and a check made payable to Jill-e Designs for $20 and send to:

A damp cloth and mild soap such as ivory or woolite should work to remove most dirt and stains. once the dirt has been lifted, be sure to wipe down the entire bag to avoid getting water spots on the fabric

Each fabric used in the design of jill-e handbags is carefully selected for its color, texture, durability, and beauty. please treat with care to extend the life of your bag. we recommend warm water and mild soap on a clean cloth for removing most common stains. Please be certain to thoroughly test an inconspicuous area prior to actual stain removal to avoid uncontrollable variations in material reaction. bags should be treated with extra special care as delicate fabrics should only be cleaned by dry cleaning specialists.

leather care
Leather used in the design of jill-e handbags is carefully selected from exclusive tanneries. most leathers have been treated and are water and scratch resistant. should your handbag become wet, wipe gently with a dry cloth. for regular cleaning, a damp cloth and mild leather cream may be used.
