Jill-E® Designs Offers Sneak Peek At New Bags

ORLANDO, FLA. — Jill-e Designs in September will further expand its niche of technology bags designed for fashionconscious women.

Three new models will be available next month. Jill-e shared the details with TWICE exclusively in advance of the ship date.

Two new bags in the company’s Ego line, a satchel and a messenger style, will be available in black or tan plaid and will feature weather-resistant padded exteriors and interior compartments, and task-specific and hideaway pouches for accessories and small personal items.

The Satchel measures 15 inches by 5.5 inches by 11.5 inches, with room in the central compartment for a 12-inch laptop or d-SLR equipment. It sports 8.5-inch drop leather carrying handles, a clip key keeper and ID tag. It weigh 2 pounds empty. The suggested retail will be $149.

The Messenger measures 12 by 4 by 9.5 inches, with room for a 10-inch tablet or d-SLR in the main compartment. It adds an adjustable cross-body shoulder strap, two secure front drop-in pockets and an easy-access top zipper guard on the fold-over top flap. It weighs 1.8 pounds and will retail for $99.99.

Jill-e will also add the new EveryWear Gadget Bag to its Classic line of camera bags.

Sized roughly between the Ego Satchel and Messenger, the water-resistant nylon bag with leather accents also comes in tan or black and can hold up to 15 pounds of gear, including a professional d-SLR setup and lenses. It boasts an array of internal dividers, a protective sleeve pocket designed for a tablet, hideaway pouches for personal items, and task-specific pockets for pens, glasses, etc. It also retails for $99.99.

In addition, earlier this month, Jill-e refreshed its Classic medium photo bag line. The company added a zippered slot to the bags in the portfolio, allowing a user to trolley the bag with a larger rolling bag, as well as sturdier hand and shoulder straps. Also added is a new bone-colored bag with deep red trim.

Every Classic medium bag features padded exterior walls, dual-zipper top entry for one-handed access to contents, adjustable interior Velcro dividers, external storage pockets, and an internal netted pocket. For photographers, the Classic medium bags hold one to two camera bodies, a flash unit, one to three lenses, and accessories such as extra batteries, memory cards and lens-cleaning kits.
