Are these the only colors and designs that are available?

Yes, we always put our latest styles and colors on our website.  We like to change things up and not have all of our bags in the same colors etc.  If there is a particular color and style that you would like to see, please feel free to email us..we girls listen to what women want!

How long does it take to ship my bag once I order it online

Our website states that we will ship after 48 hours.  We do though try to get the orders out as soon as we can.  We do NOT ship on Sat. and Sundays, so if you order on Friday, your order must likely will go out on Monday/Tuesday. 

My bag has a broken piece, what can I do?

Any time you have a quality concern with a jill-e product, please contact us directly.  This allows us to assess each situation and provide the best solution.  In some cases, we may ask you to share a photo of the issue.  In other cases we may ask you to return the product directly to us.  Jill-e designs is committed to providing excellent customer service, therefore we prefer to handle each situation on an as needed basis.  Our one-year warranty covers issues and defects that are a result of the manufacturing process.  This warranty does not cover issues that arise from normal wear and tear.

I am a scrapbooker, which bag is best for me?

Depending on whether you are a digital scrapbooker or a traditional scrapbooker it will depend on what you want to put in your bag.  Most traditional scrapbookers get the small bags and they can hold a DSLR, 2 small lenses and a flash, or if you just have a point and shoot camera, you can carry it with all of your personal items so you don’t need 2 bags ever.  If you are a digital scrapbooker, you might enjoy the large rolling bag to carry your laptop, camera and accessories, external hard drive and also for your embellishments that you might add to digital pages.

I am traveling and really would like the combo combination.  Can I use it just as luggage instead of for camera gear?

Yes, you can use the large rolling bag for all of your clothes and overnight essentials.  The organizers can be taken out entirely and or be placed in the appropriate positions to maximize your space.  The medium bag is perfect for your shampoos, cosmetics, blow dryer and more…you can carry these 2 items and won’t have to check anything.  When you get to your destination, you can use the medium bag as your purse, or purchase one of our wristlets to take small essentials with you.

Where do you get your creative ideas for your bags and essentials?

We work with professional designers for many of our ideas.  But we also get terrific ideas from photography lovers like you.  We’d love to hear your idea!

What forms of payment do you accept?

For purchases through our web site, we accept the following credit cards:  VISA, MasterCard, and AMEX.  For purchase through our retail network, check with the individual store or catalog house.

Do you offer a catalog?

We appreciate your interest in our products. unfortunately, we do not offer a printed catalog at this time, but we do have a downloadable PDF catalog. We are constantly updating the available merchandise online, so register to be on our email list and we will let you know when new merchandise is available.  (click here to sign up for mailing list).

What amount of equipment will your bags hold?

All jill-e small bags will hold –1 camera body, 1 flash, 2-3 lenses (depending upon lens size) and miscellaneous accessories to included, memory cards, batteries, cables, manuals, filters, camera strap, lens cleaning cloth, expo disc, waterproof camera jacket, camera card reader.

All jill-e medium bags will hold – 2 camera bodies, 2 Flashes, 2-3 lenses (depending upon lens size) and miscellaneous items to include:  memory card holders, batteries, cables, manuals, filters, camera strap, lens cleaning cloths, expo disc, waterproof camera jacket, camera card reader        

Our large rolling bag and large backpack will handle all of the above equipment, plus a laptop computer.

There is a jill-e bag that was available last summer and i must have it. can i special order it?

We produce our handbags in specific quantities, but occasionally there are a small number of pieces remaining. We welcome inquiries and will respond to special requests as swiftly as possible.

What should i do if my dog chews through the handle of my handbag?

We invite you to contact jill-e customer service with any questions or unusual situations. we make every effort to address all unique circumstances with thoughtfulness and efficiency.

How can i tell if a jill-e bag is authentic?

The craftsmanship of jill-e design handbags, as well as the quality materials used for all products, is never paralleled in non-authentic merchandise. in addition, you can be confident that your bag is real if it was purchased either from an authorized jill-e designs Photo retailer or jill-e.com.
The jill-e designs trademark is a registered trademark throughout the world. Use of the jill-e designs name without permission is considered counterfeiting and warrants legal action. authentic jill-e design products are not sold at "purse parties," flea markets, by street vendors, in new york's chinatown neighborhood or santee alley in los angeles, in kiosks in malls, or on auction sites. If jill-e designs product is purchased in any of these places, risk of being defrauded is highly likely. The sale and distribution of counterfeit product is a crime under federal and many state laws, and is punishable by imprisonment and fines. The manufacturers of counterfeit product do not pay taxes, do not pay fair wages or benefits to their employees, frequently utilize child labor, and have been known to fund terrorism and other serious crimes with the profits of counterfeiting.
