Where can I find your bags besides on your web site?

Our products are available from a variety of specialty retailers, department stores, online stores and other sources around the world. For the U.S., click here to search by state, city or Zip Code. For the rest of the world, click here for a list of our global partners.


What method of shipping do you use to fulfill web site orders?

In the U.S.A. we ship via UPS. We typically ship internationally via United States Postal Service (USPS).


How long does it take to ship an order once it is placed?

Usually we start processing your order the same day it’s received. Shipping from the warehouse takes place the next business day. We don’t ship on Saturday, Sunday or U.S. holidays. If there’s a delay, it could be due to product availability, credit card approval, issues en route or other factors.


What forms of payment do you accept for web site orders?

We accept PayPal and the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard and American Express.


Do you warranty your products?

Yes. We have a one-year limited warranty designed to help make your experience with us the best it can be. You’ll find details under the Product Warranty heading on our Customer Service page.


If I have a problem with my bag or accessory, what can I do?

What should I do if you arrange to ship my order and it arrives damaged?

If your order arrives and the package or product is damaged, contact the shipping service provider immediately to file a claim. Shipping and contact information is provided to help you do this.


How can I tell if a Jill-e Designs bag is authentic?

You can be confident your bag is authentic if it was purchased from an authorized Jill-e Designs retailer or through our web site – We’ve also instituted an innovative Registration & Recovery System based on QR codes and unique ID numbers in each product, so look for those codes and numbers in our newer offerings.

And of course, our craftsmanship and quality materials are never paralleled in non-authentic or counterfeit merchandise. (NOTE: The Jill-e Designs trademark is registered around the world, and use without our express permission is illegal.).


You describe your products as “tech-friendly” and “designed for today’s mobile, digital life.” What does that mean exactly?

We understand that virtually everyone uses personal electronic devices today, and they need a smart, stylish, secure way to carry them. So we design all of our products with four things in mind: protection, organization and accessibility, timeless yet “on trend” styling, and quality.

Our great-looking, high-performance bags have dedicated, padded, easily accessible compartments for today’s personal devices – from laptops to camera systems to iPads to smart phones. Think of it as “fashion on the outside, function on the inside.”


How much and what kind of equipment will your bags hold?

That varies with each bag, and the details accompany each product shown on our web site. In general, our bags carry everything you’d want to have with you for a particular need. For example, our laptop bags also feature compartments for wires, thumb drives and other accessories. All our camera bags, even the smaller ones, carry at least one complete camera set-up and contain pockets for important extras.


Are some of your products, designs and colors not included on your web site?

We display all current product options –designs, styles and colors – on our website. You might not find all of our offerings at a particular retailer, but you will find them all at


Are some of you bags only for women or only for men?

Some of our designs are more feminine and some – our Jack line, for example – are more masculine. But we’ve sold all types of bags to female customers and male customers. What’s most important is what you like, what you need and what works for you.


Where do you get your creative ideas for your bags and accessories?

Early on we were influenced by a variety of professional designers. We also got ideas from “the real world” – from photographers, consumer electronic enthusiasts and self-styled fashionistas. More recently Megan Klingbeil joined our team as Design Director. She is the driving force behind the “future classic” theme of our products – the timeless yet “on trend” look that’s appealing both today and tomorrow.

Of course, we’re always interested in what you think. While we can’t guarantee every idea we receive will find its way into a new product, we hope you’ll feel free to share your ideas and let us know how you think we can improve our offerings.
