Jill-e Designs Product Warranty

Limited Warranty

Jill-e Designs warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.   

If such a defect occurs, upon presentation of proof of purchase, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.

Limitations

Proof of the date of purchase (original dated sales receipt) will be required with any request for warranty repair or return. 

This warranty does not cover circumstances beyond the control of Jill-e Designs, nor problems caused by failure to follow the typical accepted usage for the product. 

This warranty does not cover accidental damage, unreasonable use, normal wear and tear, improper handling or damage caused by a common carrier, loss of use or other consequential damages to the product or its contents, nor does it cover repairs attempted by unauthorized persons.  If damage to the product is caused by a common carrier, contact them immediately to file a claim. 

This Limited Warranty will be honored only within the geographical locations where Jill-e Designs products are sold and purchased.

Returns

New, unused product purchased on www.jill-e.com will be accepted for return and product cost refund within 45 days of purchase.  Contact us directly for a return authorization number.

Jill-e Designs Gift Certificate Policy

Jill-e Designs gift certificates can be used on www.jill-e.com for purchases.

A Jill-e Designs gift certificate never expires and contains no hidden fees.

Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.

Any merchandise purchased with a gift certificate can be returned. In this case, a replacement gift certificate will be issued for the exact amount of the returned purchase.

Product Care

Nylon and Fabric

Each fabric used in the design of Jill-e  carry bags is carefully selected for its color, texture, durability, and beauty. Please treat with care to extend the life of your bag.  We recommend warm water and mild soap on a clean cloth for removing most common stains.Please be certain to thoroughly test an inconspicuous area prior to actual stain removal to avoid uncontrollable variations in material reaction. 

Leather and Suede  

Leather and suede used in the design of Jill-e carry bags are carefully selected from exclusive tanneries.Our leather products have been treated to resist dirt and repel light rain.Should your carry bag become wet, wipe gently with a dry cloth.  For regular cleaning, a damp cloth and approved leather and/or suede cleaning product may be used.
